True Story: Top lawyers are best in class
The Franchise Times Legal Eagles of 2014 are good sports, for which we are thankful. They revealed the fictional legal character they’d most like to play on TV, and you might be surprised by some of their answers. (Denny Crane is a natural, the old-school lawyer on Boston Legal played by William Shatner. But Dexter? The serial killer of serial killers? That one gave us pause.)
These attorneys also are stellar at their craft (or perhaps we should call it art), and as evidence we present the trove of nominations that flooded in to recommend them. We’ve provided excerpts for just a few of the most-nominated lawyers, to give a glimpse of the praise they generate from colleagues and clients.
These attorneys are thoughtful, too, answering our question about the philosophy that guides their franchise law practice, with answers both practical and profound. “Different is good,” is one pithy quote. “Every dollar spent with us is an investment, and it should show a measurable return” is another. Read more about their views on page 47.
Above all, the Franchise Times Legal Eagles of 2014 are superior attorneys, selected from nominations by their clients and peers. This is one true tale we’re proud to present, as we salute their achievements for the 11th year running. Nominations for next year’s class open in December.
