Dr. Bob Arnot, Foreign Correspondent, Medical Journalist and Author of Dr. Bob Arnot’s Guide to Turning Back
Dr. Bob Arnot is a physician and international humanitarian with a hunger for knowledge and a desire to introduce audiences to important issues and exotic locations around the world. As the host of the new series, Dr. Danger, he travels to some of the world’s most dangerous hotspots, exposing viewers to the frontlines of major foreign conflicts and developments. From the genocide in Darfur to the crises in the Middle East, Arnot has seen it all, and guides audiences through a firsthand look at major international issues. Arnot is one of the most recognized names in the medical and health professions, having served as the former chief medical editor and special foreign correspondent for NBC.
Over the course of his medical studies, career, and life experiences, Dr. Bob has formulated three key steps to help you reach peak performance, live a long life and maintain robust good health: first, learn to be an athlete; second, take charge of your health; and third, be an optimist.
