Company Description

This limited-service budget hotel chain is a subsidiary of Marriott International, the hotel holding group that also owns the brands Marriott Hotels, Courtyard, Residence Inn and Renaissance.

With 768 hotels worldwide at the end of 2015, Fairfield is Marriott’s second-largest brand in terms of total units. Nearly all of these locations are franchised. Many properties have amenities such as continental breakfasts, a pool, business centers and meeting rooms.
