West Point Grad Signs for 10 Pearle Stores
A first-time licensee but experienced retail operations exec, Bill Noble, has signed on to take over 10 corporate-owned Pearle Vision stores in Ohio.
With five partners, Noble plans to open additional locations in the next three to five years. He is a graduate of West Point Military Academy and a former UH-60A Blackhawk pilot.
Noble’s retail background includes stints with The Limited, Toys-R-Us, Lord & Taylor, Famous Footwear and Luxottica.
The transaction is part of Pearle’s “aggressive plans to convert corporate-owned eye care centers to licensees,” said Tammy Reaves, vice president of licensing and development at Pearle Vision.
