Online registrations have been disabled.  If you would like to register for the conference, please contact Liz Olson at (612) 767-3216.  You will be able to pay by credit card over the phone.  All payments must be received by Friday, November 6 or payment will be required on-site at check in.

The price for the conference is $875 per person.  If you are registering 2 or more people, from the same company, at the same time, the price is only $795 per person.

Restaurant Operators - the price is $795 per person.  If you are registering 2 or more, from the same company, at the same time, the price is only $695 per person.

The deadline for refunds has passed.  If you cannot attend after registering, you can substitute your attendance with someone else, or the conference materials will be mailed out after the conference.
