Qdoba Mexican Grill named Tim Casey president. He was previously CEO of Mrs. Fields and TCBY’s parent Famous Brands International. Casey replaces retiring Qdoba president and CEO Gary Beisler. Casey spent three years at the helm of Famous Brands, overseeing a 2012 recapitalization.

J. Philip Hoffman III will be partnering with SS&G Inc.’s restaurant services group to provide consulting services related to tax compliance, conflict resolution and thought leadership. Hoffman brings more than 30 years of Internal Revenue Service experience to the job, most recently as national food, beverage and hotel technical adviser. Arby’s Restaurant Group promoted four executives. Nils Okeson becomes chief administrative officer and general counsel, adding responsibility for human resources to the post’s duties. George Condos will lead business development on top of his position as chief operating officer. Jo Ann Herold becomes vice president, brand communications and public relations. Len Van Popering is senior vice president of product development and innovation.
PRO Martial Arts promoted Mark DiMuzio to vice president of brand services and training. He was director of strategic development at the martial arts franchise. DiMuzio previously worked as a sales supervisor and trainer at Nutrisystem and was a franchisee at two national brands.
WIN Home Inspection appointed Joseph Copp as a franchise sales consultant, responsible for the development and mentoring of potential entrepreneurs, including through its WIN for America program for military veterans. Copp was sales manager for Cendant Corp., the commercial real estate company. He also served in the U.S. Navy.
