Rachel’s Kitchen brings fresh bistro fare

Debbie Roxarzade, the founder and CEO of Rachel’s Kitchen, started the concept after years in the L.A. restaurant scene. She jumped from one version of crazy to another, founding the company with the two-year-old namesake at home. Now at eight (six franchised) locations, including inside Las Vegas’ busy McCarran airport, she’s looking to grow with some strong market pioneers.
