Dwyer Group's Boss Stepping Down as CEO

Published:

Dina Dwyer-Owens is stepping down from the role of CEO at The Dwyer Group that she’s held for the last 15 years for the Waco-based franchisor, which was started by her father, Don Dwyer, in 1981.

She’s grown the brand to comprise seven service-based franchise organizations, including Glass Doctor, The Grounds Guys and Mr. Rooter.

Dwyer-Owens will remain with the company but will take on a role “that will allow her to follow her passion and spread her Live R.I.C.H. message,” her publicist says. That involves “helping others become happy and successful in business.”

Watch for an interview with Dwyer-Owens in an upcoming issue of Franchise Times.
