Four Foods Adds Soda Shop to Growing Stable

Andrew Smith, center, is CEO of Four Foods Group.

Four Foods Group has scooped up another company, The Soda Shop, from founders Chase Wardrop and Dylan Roeder, who will both retain equity in the company and serve as division presidents. Four Foods plans to franchise the concept, which has just two locations today, in Gilbert and Mesa, Arizona.

“Our philosophy of finding smart operators who need growth capital and proven restaurant management systems continues to pick up momentum,” said Four Foods CEO Andrew Smith in a statement. “This starting point is exactly where the management and capital resources of FFG come into play when scaling a restaurant brand.”

FFG is a restaurant development, investment and management company based in American Fork, Utah, that has been stepping up its restaurant acquisitions. It bought R&R BBQ last year and is expanding those restaurants in the western United States. The company also owns Kneaders Bakery & Café.
